Url for recaptcha

The Recaptcha plugin included with core Vanilla works great. Unfortunately some countries choose to block all urls containing google.com, which prevents any form with a Recaptcha from working for all users in those countries.

The fix for this is to use the alternative domain for Google Recaptcha: www.recaptcha.net. Could all of the google.com/recaptcha urls have the domain replaced so they are recaptcha.net/recaptcha?
