Right now I have limited script.py to display only ten posts.
What I would like to be able to do is have a << last ten posts | next ten posts >> displayed near the bottom page and when you click on the link it either displays the last ten posts of the database (if we're not already viewing them) or the next ten posts (if they exist).

Stack overflow says: use a framework, use a framework, use a framework. So I'm not sure if there is a good way to do this without one. My googling failed me, as did my brain, so any help on this would be appreciated!
