Use Cases

It would be nice to be able to send traces directly from Vector to Grafana Tempo without any intermediate agents

Related to Support ingesting OpenTelemetry traces and Support sending OpenTelemetry traces

Tempo can receive OpenTelemetry traces so #17308 would be a partial solution.
