bug: workflow runs infinitely loop

Hi! I was able to pull down the repository, add integrations, and execute a workflow successfully.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the API calls to the workflow engine are returning expected results. It's infinitely looping workflow status checks until I hard refresh the web page, which still shows the status as "Running".

This issue is also occurring on the version I cloned into Vercel. Could there be an environment variable I'm missing? Are there any additional configuration steps I'm unaware of?

I am not planning on using AI features, so I have not linked a credit card to the AI Gateway, wasn't sure if that could be a cause for concern. Thank you for putting together this awesome template!

Which steps are you using? If you're not using the AI Gateway steps or the text-to-workflow feature, you should not need to set an API key for AI Gateway

I am just testing with the Database query feature right now. I have also tested the connection successfully, as well as tested the query within my Postgres DB successfully.

@robskinney Can you give it another go? I refactored how logging works which was likely related to this issue

I tried again and it was looking like the same result, but I was able to figure it out. I dug a little deeper and added a log for the workflowExecutionLogs query, which looks like it's returning an empty list.

It looks like I had configured the environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL incorrectly, so logs weren't hitting my database appropriately on the POST to /api/workflow-log.

I'm opening a PR to help improve the documentation around this, thank you for your quick responses!
