Update the hash-statics example to support sub-dirs #3015

The existing hash-statics example requires you to completely flatten your /static directory contents in order to use it, but thanks to aribouius/asset-require-hook#2 we can now use a pattern to transform the require paths instead of just [name].[ext].

This updates the example to use the new regexp option, avoiding the need to rearrange /static at all.
