One entry in the grammar was using a rangeList instead of a variableDimensionList, which meant that you could pass non-colon arrays of interfaces, or colon arrays of interface modports, but not non-colon arrays of interface modports.

I update the t_interface_array_modport test because that seemed appropriate, but the test didn't appear to use modports previously so I'm a bit confused about its name.
