Running the attached testcase with:

verilator_bin --lint-only 2.sv

Produces:

%Error: 2.sv:5: Unsupported/Illegal: Assignment pattern member not underneath a supported construct: XOR
               : ... In instance m
     b=c^'{b}; 
         ^~
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

This looks pretty similar to #1583, so a fix for that one fix this too. This one does not involve the preprocessor though.
