Building C++ output from Verilator on a Redhat 4 (gcc 3.4.3) system with STLPort 5.1.3 produces some very long STL errors complaining that:

error: passing `const VerilatedCStrCmp' as `this' argument of `bool VerilatedCStrCmp::operator()(const char*, const char*)' discards qualifiers

The member function in VerilatedCStrCmp needs to be const. Patch attached.
