This is a work in progress. Currently advertising will appear underneath each post, but not at the top of the website yet (which is implied by the name, and works on its related plugins - but not yet on this one).
- Either: Upload the entire folder to
/wp-content/plugins/directory - Or: download the ZIP file, then head over to Plugins - Add New - Install, then browse to your file
- Then: Activate it through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress Under Appearance - 2015 Header Ad you'll find an admin interface to paste your HTML code
The plugin works best when used with Google Adsense Respinsive Ads.
