A Lisp interpreter written purely in C. It features all things you would expect from the mother of all functional programming languages, including first-class functions, lambdas and closures. Plus, it can be compiled with reference counting or mark and sweep garbage collection.

This is fuLisp, a minimalistic Lisp interpreter.

fuLisp currently provides a interactive interpreter, with a minimum, although
turing-complete and functional language support. 
the documentation currently has barely begun, but the core documents are located
under `doc/'.
