This PR adds documentation and a demo to show how Klipse and CodeMirror can be styled.

Changes made:

  • Update README.md to include instructions on styling Klipse and CodeMirror
  • Add basic styling demo to show how CSS can be used to style to Klipse and CodeMirror

Note: the styling demo has been placed in demo/styling folder - you may wish to move it somewhere else.
