patch 8.0.1144: using wrong #ifdef for computing length

Problem:    Using wrong #ifdef for computing length.
Solution:   use BACKSLASH_IN_FILENAME instead of COLON_IN_FILENAME. (Yasuhiro
            Matsomoto, closes #2153)
