patch 8.0.1166: :terminal doesn't work on Mac High Sierra

Problem:    :terminal doesn't work on Mac High Sierra.
Solution:   Change #ifdef for OpenPTY(). (Ozaki Kiichi, Kazunobu Kuriyama,
            closes #2162)
