Installation
------------

This small utility uses autoconf:
 ./configure && make
 sudo make install

If you want to cross-compile using mingw32, install the following
packages on Fedora 11:
 mingw32-binutils mingw32-cpp mingw32-filesystem mingw32-gcc
 mingw32-openssl mingw32-openssl-static mingw32-runtime mingw32-zlib
 mingw32-zlib-static

Then:
 mingw32-configure LDFLAGS=-static
 make

On other distributions, use mock to get a Fedora 11 environment:
 mock --init -r fedora-11-i386
 mock --install mingw32-binutils mingw32-cpp mingw32-filesystem \
    mingw32-gcc mingw32-openssl mingw32-openssl-static \
    mingw32-runtime mingw32-zlib \
    mingw32-zlib-static -r fedora-11-i386
 mock --shell -r fedora-11-i386

This utility should be run with the PKCS#12 certificate as first
argument. It will ask the password if necessary. The three components
are written in the same directory than the original certificate using
the following names:
 - user.pem
 - user.key
 - certs.pem
