Chirality Assignment Program of SWCNT CodeFactor

Overview

This is the source code of the website described in ACS Nano, 2017, 11 (10), pp 10509–10518, as an encapsulation of the chirality determining function of the bilayer graph. However, the assignment logic is not described in the paper, which is implemented here, and may be updated at any time.

The official release of this project is hosted at:

cntassign.ga => www.chem.pku.edu.cn/cnt_assign

A (maybe fallback) version is available if our server is down:

cntassign.tk => cntassign.gearhostpreview.com

Usage

View the paper and site above (with tutorial videos) for details.

Build

Use any of the current versions of Visual Studio to build and run on localhost, if you would like to work offline.

The .NET Framework version is 4.6.1.

This project is not intended to be built and run on any other operating system except Windows.

We noticed there are several clones/downloads of this project source code. We would like to re-state that,
