  5. Fix report of failed remote tests

    The failed tests where not reported on the console correctly. This
    regression was caused when introducing report of test status to
    sauceLabs (commit 4738a11).

  6. New unified interface to run unit tests

    The new interface avoid config duplication between the different way of
    running tests.
    You can now run unit tests in local browsers using the provided http
    server.
    Other gain is to allow to run code coverage in browsers (who said
    specific code for IE?). For now it only work with local browser but
    should soon work also with sauceLabs

  1. Disable keep-alive in http server

    This allows instant stop of the server. Otherwise, it could wait up to 2
    minutes for browsers to close the connection
