- source is included as a blob (previously was downloaded in packaging script)
- version is stripped from package directory to accommodate new convention
- dhclient_ipv6 fix: if interface is not specified AND > 1 interface
- dhclient_ipv6 fix: PID file's directory is created by ctl script
- dhclient_ipv6 depends on built dhclient instead of OS. OS dhclient has
  too-restrictive apparmor profile, doesn't let daemon write PID file in
  non-standard location.
