Description of the change
Minor PR just upgrading the nginx controller version to the latest one.
I just noticed I had this file updated locally but I hadn't created the PR yet.
Benefits
We'll be using the latest version, but it is mainly for CI and dev purposes, so no actual user-faced benefit.
