Especially when the artwork folder contains big files e.g. https://github.com/voc/intro-outro-generator/tree/master/subscribe/artwork copying everything like it's currently done in
https://github.com/voc/intro-outro-generator/blob/master/make.py#L157-L158 is proably not the optimal solution.
