Probabilistic cellular automaton culture with circular culture morphology

This package produces a video of the growth progression of a probabilistic cellular automaton culture.
The automata colony grows with a circular morphology. To measure how circular the morphology
is, a comparison is made at each iteration between a disk, drawin using Bresenham's circle algorithm,
and the colony.

This package requires:
	build-essential
	imagemagick
	avconv

In debian or ubuntu, install these with:
	# apt-get install build-essential imagemagick avconv
Or:
	# aptitude install build-essential imagemagick avconv

To compile and create a video showing the mentioned progression, do:
	$ make
	$ make video

The resulting video will be saved in cell.mp4

Cultivo virtual con un automata circular probabilistico con una morfologia circular

Este paquete produce un video de la progresion de crecimiento de un cultivo de automatas celulares
probabilisticos. El cultivo de aumatas crece con una morfologia circular. Para medir la redondez de
la morfologia, se compara su forma en cada iteracion con la de un disco generado por medio del
algoritmo de Bersenham.

Este paquete requiere:
	build-essential
	imagemagick
	avcong

En debian, o ubuntu, instalelos con:
	# apt-get install build-essential imagemagick avconv
O:
	# aptitude install build-essential imagemagick avconv

Para compilar y crear un video que muestre la progresion, ejecute:
	$ make
	$ make video

El video resultante se guarda en cell.mp4
