Dyalect version
0.9.12

Describe the bug
If a custom type is thrown as exception its formatting is unclear, e.g.:

Runtime exception Dy601: [type:14]
Stack trace:
        at foo() in C:/temp/dyalect/main.dy, line 24, column 21
        at <global> in C:/temp/dyalect/main.dy, line 30, column 1
