Add new epsilon test to vowsjs.org #247

On commit bfdd005 my pull request was accepted that added an the additional check .epsilon(). It's usage is meant for checking equality minus floating point errors and works as follows:

// first argument is error margin of floating point value
// 2nd and 3rd args are the same as if .equal() were used
assert.epsilon(1e-5, 0.1 + 0.2, 0.3);  // ok
assert.equal(0.1 + 0.2, 0.3)           // fail

Though this new functionality has not been added to the website. This is just a polite reminder. =)

@trevnorris thanks for the reminder. The website has been public for a while now. It was closed source for a couple of years which was clearly a mistake
