At the root of my project I have a test folder with some test files in it. Before the latest upgrades I could run.
From my project root and it would run all the tests in the folder. Now it does:
Could not find any tests to run.
Let me know if there is any other info you need.
You need to make sure you have files in the test folder named foo-test.js, bar-test.js etc. The latest change makes it so it won't load files without -test in their name, so it doesn't try to load modules which aren't tests.
ok, they were named file1.test.js and i changed it to file1-test.js and it worked. i kinda like the . over the - but whatever it works now. Thanks!
Cool. I think .test is acceptable too, I'll add it to the next version.
great thanks... I haven't worked used a spec directory, but does this follow the same convention. e.g. naming files ("app-spec.js")?
yes, exactly. Some people prefer to call them 'specs', others 'tests'.
What about adding _test.js as a sufix for text files? Is not my preference, but in some projects we use underscore for all files.
Seconding the underscore comment.
