  1. Chrome and Safari doesn't implement history.state

    Loadmore.js plugin relies on the use of the window.history.state option that is specified in http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/history.html#dom-history-state - however neither Chrome or Safari implements it - only Firefox and Opera does as far as I know. I don't know how to test for support so I'm falling back to checking the user agent.

  5. Changed some options and added popstate-support

    Options changed:

    * "reachedEnd" - use the "loadmore:last" event instead
    * "loaded" is now "complete"

    Also fixed minor bug where an already fetched page could be refetched.

  6. Refactoring, renaming and History API support

    Renamed these option parameters:

    * pageSize is now rowsPerPage
    * done is now reachedEnd

    Also renamed loadmore itself to be completely lower cased.

  3. Only show "more" if the first page is full

    If the initial data set is less than a pageSize then there's no reason to show a more-button as there's likely no additional pages.
