Allow banaction to be Puppet managed #65

Pull Request (PR) description

This PR allows banaction to be managed by Puppet, in the case where you want to have a custom banaction defined.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

Fixes #64

While there is an acceptance test there should probably be an rspec test if possible also.
