GitLab used to redirect the first visitor to the password reset page for the `root` account. With GitLab 14, the behavior has changed [1] to auto-generate a password in /etc/gitlab/initial_root_password. Adjust the test suite accordingly. GitLab does not distribute anymore GitLab for this EOL version of Ubuntu.
