Increase puppetlabs/concat version in metadata #78

puppetlabs/concat v7.0.0 is the latest version, however this module metadata has an upper limit of <7.0.0 which requires a wrapping module to version lock.

Can you please increase it to < 8.0.0 ? Thank you.

Also bump puppetlabs/concat and puppetlabs/stdlib, whose versions
7.0.0 also dropped support for Puppet 5.
