0.3.0 version on puppet forge and github are different.

Hi,
I'm using nginx module 0.3.0 from puppetforge and had following warning on my puppetmaster:
"The $ensure parameter to concat::fragment is deprecated and has no effect". The 0.3.0 on github has really solved this problem. Not sure how puppetforge retreives the module from github, but at the moment those two 0.3.0 versions are different.

Looks to me that puppetforge is doing something wrong, but issueing on puppetforge brings me to github.

This issue is a mistake. Change is in the master branch, but not yet released. Therefore closing issue.
