minor fix so cliki2 can start from empty content #1

Though /index still needs to be created manually. I would recommend add a default /index content.

Hmm, adding a default page may be a good idea. Right now cliki2 is very hard to set up if you're starting from scratch.

Er... I just setup one. The only thing I did apart from the patch is created /site/index page.

Is there anything else I need to do?

Oh, cool. Last time I tried it standalone it complained about the log
files and other things not being around, but I guess I remembered to
put ensure-directories-exist in the right places.

One thing that's currently not documented is Administrator and
Moderator user privileges. Administrator users can appoint other cliki
users to be Moderators, but the problem is there is no way to appoint
an Administrator other than editing the account file by hand and
restarting the wiki.

Oh, in case you're wondering, Moderators have the right to ban IP
addresses and other people's accounts. That's pretty much all the
extras.
