  1. Fix compilation in directory with spaces in name

    Make sure to quote any absolute paths (expanded through variables) used
    in WinSparkle.Targets so that the commands work correctly in directories
    with whitespace in their names.
    WinSparkle couldn't be built if the solution path has blanks in it. This
    is the case, for example, if your WinSparkle project folder sits in the
    Visual Studio default location for projects which happens to have
    "Visual Studio 2013" in it, for example, if you are using Visual Studio

    Previously, win_sparkle_set_did_not_find_update_callback would not get
    called if win_sparkle_check_update_without_ui() was used. Made changes
    so that callback would get called for
    win_sparkle_check_update_without_ui(), etc.

  1. Add CMake build system for MinGW

    WinSparkle can be used in MinGW applications. But can't be built with
    MinGW. bkl files support only Visual Studio. CMake build system makes
    it possible to build WinSparkle with MinGW. All CMake stuff placed in
    cmake directory to interfere with the official build as little as
    as possible.
    Qt example can be build with Qt5 only.

    Checks if an update is available, showing progress UI to the user and
    immediately installing the update if one is available.
    This is useful for the case when users should almost always use the newest
    version of your software. When called, WinSparkle will check for updates
    showing a progress UI to the user. If an update is found the update prompt will
    be skipped and the update will be installed immediately.
    If your application expects to do something after checking for updates you may
    wish to use win_sparkle_set_did_not_find_update_callback() and
