a-table能不能在空数据文案中添加新的标签

原来的无数据是有一个字段locale来确定一个对象，但是这里有一个新的需求是可以去点击的，如图

有没有可以自定义的方法，我在文档上没看到，或者大家有什么建议可以实现呢？
