modal confirm 组件按需引入时，onCancel，onOK 无法正常关闭

Steps to reproduce

1.按需引入组件
2.挂载原型链
3.点击删除按钮
4.点取消或者OK
5.无法正常关闭，控制台报错

What is expected?

能和全组件引入时一样正常关闭

无法正常关闭

唉，搞了好几个小时，竟然是因为Vue.prototype.$destroyAll = Modal.destroyAll ，这里不能写成Vue.prototype.$destroy = Modal.destroyAll名称必须完全一致，这个的原因暂时不明，抱着试试的想法，竟然可以了
