DatePicker disabledDate have the difference behavior

1.click the empty time-range-picker
2.select 2022-02-25
3.click the setValue time-range-picker
4.select 2022-02-25

What is expected?

the 2022-02-25 can be selected

What is actually happening?

the empty one can't select 2022-02-25

the disabledate method of time-range-picker have the diff date value , because It don't use the format option when the value is a emptyArray
