Steps to reproduce
- open this link, https://antdv.com/components/tree-select
- input "my leaf" and you'll find the search results are empty
What is expected?
Find "label" instead of "value" in the option.

What is actually happening?
The default in the options is to find by "value", and this "value" is invisible to the user.
I wanted to change the default setting of "treeNodeFilterProp" from "value" to "label", but it will become a break change and affect the users in use. So I just changed the example document.
