input输入emoji表情计数问题

Steps to reproduce

input输入emoji表情，并且显示计数（showCount）

What is expected?

一个emoji占2个字符，一个emoji在计数上应该算2

What is actually happening?

a-input 输入emoji在计数上是1

限制20个字符。输入10个emoji，计数（showCount）显示10，但是却不能继续输入。是否可以修复下这个问题
