What is expected?

滚动过程中锚点位置正常

锚点选中效果会来回晃动

这是因为文档网站html元素上设置了scroll-behavior: smooth和内部js滚动缓进缓出的效果冲突，导致滚动效果和持续时间异常，又引起activeInk的计算反复。实际使用中不会有问题。
