閲覧と対応する単語としては聴取があたるのですが、あまり一般的ではないため、少し意図からは外れるものの「視聴」や「再生」にしてしまってもよいのかなぁ。とか考えています。

previous、「以前の」というのがあると思うのですが、ニュースレターの特性上到着するのは latest に相当するのかなぁと考えています(ゆえに最新号が適切？)が、どうでしょう？

最新号はEメールで配信されている分になると思う(憶測)ので、その前のものがみたかったらWebでみられるよーみたいな捉え方をしました
ゆえにWebで公開されてるものはいっこ前の号からになるんじゃないですかね？
