There's a fairly broad community consensus that trans is an adjective, so we say e.g. "trans woman", not "transwoman". The latter can be taken to imply that trans women are not women.

We should probably treat cis the same way, and avoid compound words like "ciswoman."

FYI, I think "cispersion" only appears once in the document.
