Final changes for a "clean" Section 3. (#752)

* Adding innerText attribute

* Removal of restrictions on BiDi algorithm section

* Start of A11y section cleanup in section 3...

* Link-ified the ARIA table at the end of section 3

* Fix #739 and minor cleanup
