RTCIceGathererEvent needs url member #376
Description
I just noticed that the Peerconnection RTCPeerConnectionIceEvent has an url member that specifies the STUN/TURN server from which the candidate was gathered.
This is missing from the RTCIceGathererEvent but seems highly useful for applications that want to figure out whether ice gathering from certain servers failed. Also technically required for shimming.
