add support for rdfa lite / microdata #267

We punted on adding either rdfa or microdata for semantic enrichment of content 
in the last revision as it was not clear which direction the W3C would take 
with the two.

As it's now clear that both will co-exist, we should consider adding support 
for them.

Resolved on 11 April call to add support for these two specs.
