Editorial - Global Fixes Update

This contains a mix of editorial and task force approved fixes that apply throughout the spec and other deliverables.

The following changes have been made:

• Some inconsistencies and bugs within the last stage have been resolved.
• Missing abbreviations have been added to the spec and supplementary documents.
• Some case usage inconsistencies have been flagged and resolved.
• Contractions such as don't have been expanded to "do not" for consistency.
• Negative words (dark patterns / stakeholder) are now replaced.
• Usage of renewable has changed to carbon-free (TF agreed change), see Discussion: Updates to the "Remaining emissions" success criteria in section 4.1 #70.

FYI: "Contractions such as don't have been expanded to "do not" for readability."

• That's a consistency, spec language thing, not a readability thing. Readability studies actually favour contractions!
