The CG is constantly making improvements to rules. The current rule proposal process is fairly elaborate, which makes getting lots of small changes fairly cumbersome. I think it would be good for us to look at coming up with a process by which small changes can be adopted relatively quickly, perhaps even in batch form. One way this might work is for the CG to regularly create a PR with updates to existing rules, that we can put on a survey.
