There is no definition for regions; is the use of "regions" here different from "region" as used in WAI-ARIA? In what way are the 'landmark' designations for regions not already meeting contextual information for regions? IBM has techniques requiring unique labels for all uses of the generic role of "region", as well as techniques requiring labels where multiple instances of the same landmark region appear on a page. Is a similar requirement the goal of including regions in 1.3.5?
