Section 4.2.4 links to JSEP 4.1.1 which never mentions an ICE transport policy. It does discuss an ICE candidate policy, although its details are described in JSEP 3.5.3. Probably this latter section also belongs as a JSEP reference here in the WebRTC spec, in addition to aligning the two names.

This is a work item for issue #337.
