ML_silicate_weathering

This is the repository for the silicate weathering project

1. alk_usa_month_season_annual_outlier_1.csv is the compiled alkalinity data from usgs

2. sbatch_us_samples_array.sh is used for compiling the predictor variables for the usgs watersheds.

3. sbatch_us_zone_5min.sh is used for calculating the predictor variable for each cell across the contiguous US at a 5-min resolution.

4. ml_rf.R is used for machine learning.
