The Transcription Factor Encyclopedia (TFe) was a collaborative effort by more than 100 researchers that compiled over 130 mini review articles on relevant human, mouse and rat transcription factors (TFs).
Due to vulnerabilities in the old system, the TFe is no longer available at http://www.cisreg.ca/tfe. We have dumped most of the content from the TFe website and provide it as a compressed tarball. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish access to content of the TFe that is not present in the compressed tarball.
