Objective

The aim of our study is to analyze the relationship between habits and study methods. and work among INSEA students, in addition to their personality on their performance academic. For this, we study a (finite) set of categorized variables with values in a (finite) set of individuals.
Then we build a predictive system using python, ML, jupyter notebook, and streamlit to build a web app.

Note We used R Studio.

Dataset

We opted for online data collection, through a questionnaire written using of Google Forms. It consisted of 21 questions in total, divided into 3 sections: the first is related to personal information, the 2nd to study and review methods, and the 3rd to personality traits. In each section, there were multiple-choice questions, and the student is invited to answer the question by choosing only one answer. The set of questions represents the variables and the answer choices represent their terms of our dataset. The questions are as follows:

Results

The graph above shows the relationships between the categories of variables. He can be interpreted as follows: - Categories with a similar profile are grouped together. - Negatively correlated categories are positioned on opposite sides of the origin of the graph (opposite quadrants). - The distance between the categories and the origin measures the quality of the categories. Dots which are far from the origin are well represented by the ACM.
