We take your privacy seriously. We aim to strike a balance between privacy and openness inherent to open source environments. We work hard to maximize your privacy while balancing what's necessary for meaningful progress within the context of different initiatives.
Waye operates under Chatham House Rule.
What you share, what you say, what you do—will remain anonymous unless you provide explicit consent otherwise.
- All interview data is completely anonymized.
- More information here: RESEARCH_PRIVACY.md
- Chatham House Rule applies.
- Your participation will be visible to other group members.
- Video is optional but encouraged.
- You always control what you share. While speaking up is how you will get the most out of a session, no one is required to speak.
- Sharing with the facilitators is essential. These programs rely on trust and dialogue. If you are not ready to speak openly with the facilitators under agreement of full anonymity, it may not be the right time for you to participate.
If our actions don’t align with these values, please notify us immediately. We welcome suggestions for improvement as we continue to evolve our privacy practices.
For any concerns or questions, contact us at hello@waye.dev or speak directly with one of our facilitators.
