Support for AWS GovCloud regions

Hi team,

It would be interesting to add support for GovCloud regions (https://aws.amazon.com/en/govcloud-us) in our AWS wodle. These regions are designed to host sensitive data, regulated workloads, and address the most stringent U.S. government security and compliance requirements.

We can do this by updating https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/blob/3.10/wodles/aws/aws_s3.py#L211-L244 in order to pass a parameter region_name when client method is called in line https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/blob/3.10/wodles/aws/aws_s3.py#L238 for GovCloud regions.
